How it works

What we need from you

We run each event day in hourly blocks, accommodating between 100 to 120 students at a time. By keeping groups small, we ensure that every child remains active and entertained, with ample time to enjoy the pedal go-karts.

To help everything run smoothly, we ask the school to provide a timetable and assist with coordinating student arrivals.

Here’s a sample schedule:

Session 1  from 9:00–10:00

Session 2 from 10:00–11:00

Session 3 from 11:30–12:30

Session 4 from 12:20–13:30

Session 5 from 14:30–15:30

With a well-structured day like this, we can deliver the experience to 500–600 students.

Event day

On the day itself, students will rotate through four exciting activity zones:

 - a full 18-hole mini golf course

 - an Interactive Play System experience

 - a set of lawn games featuring our mega cage ball

 - the pedal go-karts.

With three staff members on-site and 15-minute rotations, we can engage up to 120 students each hour, keeping the energy high and the day running smoothly.

Costs

We charge $20 per student

Things to note

• This experience is currently available to primary schools with at least 300 students. For larger schools with over 600 students, we can split the experience over multiple days.
• If it rains, we’re flexible—activities can move indoors except for the go-karts, which are fine to run in light rain.
• All team members hold valid Working With Children Checks, and we’re fully covered with $20 million in Public Liability Insurance.
