From here we can tailor schedule based on the inclusions and a per-head cost for the experience.
Here’s another suggested outline for the camp:
- Incursion experience – You can see a preview how this looks via the reel on our fundraising page.
- Dinner – We’ll provide the cooking equipment. You’re welcome to supply pizzas, or we can arrange catering through our partners.
- Movie screening – We bring the cinema screen and projector.

Once we’ve agreed on the event details, we’ll design a flyer for you to send home to parents.
Our goal is to create a camp experience that’s more fun and a fraction of the cost of other available options.
